Bajra Thin Crust Pizza is a healthy version of regular pizza.
A twist to the rustic Bajra/pearl millet roti into pizza with lots of veggies, sauce and cheese. It can be made on Pan/tawa too. It is an interesting recipe that is too yummy and delicious. A good way to introduce these grains to new generation. Also instead of using store bought sauce, we can use home made tomato-garlic sauce.
