Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Adding lemon juice while melting the sugar prevents crystallization of sugar and sugar dissolved quickly. And chikki will not turn hard.
- After mixing the sesame seeds with melted sugar, immediately roll it. After cooling it will turn hard.
- You can keep the thickness of chikki as per your choice.
