Tomato Cheese Sandwich is a quick and easy sandwich prepared from tomatoes and cheese. This is one of those sandwiches which can be prepared as a quick snack or breakfast.The main ingredients are tomato, bread, cheese, and spices. Tomatoes and cheese pair very well in any recipe. You can serve these sandwiches with any dip or sauce or chutney. You can also accompany some french fries by the side. Ingredients

  • Tomato - 1 bowl deseed finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Fresh mint leaves - 4 to 5 finely chopped
  • Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - as required (optional)
  • Pepper powder - as required
  • Salt - as required
  • Cheese - 1/2 bowl grated
  • Cheese slice - 1
  • Whole wheat bread - 2 slices
  • Butter - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add tomato, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chaat masala, chili flakes, pepper powder, salt, and cheese. Mix it well.
  2. Take a bread slice and place a cheese slice over it.
  3. Now, place the filling and spread it properly.
  4. Lastly, cover it with another bread slice and spread butter on the top of the sandwich.
  5. Heat a pan and place butter spread side sandwich on the pan. Keep the flame low to medium.
  6. Allow it to toast until it becomes golden and crisp. Flip it to toast the other side.
  7. Toast it properly and turn off the flame.
  8. Transfer it to a serving plate and cut it to halves.
  9. Delicious Tomato Cheese Sandwich is ready to be served.
