It is a healthy recipe as it consists of paneer and lots of veggies. The veggies and paneer cooked in the kadhai or pan, therefore the name of the recipe is kadhai paneer sandwich. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If possible use fresh homemade paneer.
- The masala needs to coat the paneer cubes well and the spices should have been absorbed well by the paneer to taste right.
- I have used whole wheat bread to make these sandwiches. You can use any bread of your choices like brown bread, white bread, multigrain bread, or whole wheat sandwich bread.
- Serve the sandwich with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
- Adjust the spice and serve it hot for the better taste.
