Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If possible, use fresh homemade paneer.
- The masala needs to coat the paneer cubes well, and the paneer should absorb the spices well for it to taste right.
- In this recipe whole wheat bread has been used to make these sandwiches. You can however use any bread of your choice, such as brown bread, white bread, multigrain bread, or whole wheat sandwich bread.
- Serve the sandwich with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
- Adjust the spice to your taste and serve it hot.
