For Icing: Unwhipped Cream-250 gm and Chocolate -300 gm
Sieve All purpose flour, baking powder and cocoa powder 3-4 times
In a bowl beat sugar and refined oil untill sugar dissolves completely.
In a pan boil milk,curdle it by adding lime water slowly.
Now blend the curdled milk completely.
Now add dry ingredients to sugar n oil mixture in 2 portions- which means add half of all purpose mixture and then add half of milk...whisk it completely and then add the remaining mixture
At the end add vanilla essence to it.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius and bake the cake at 180 degree for 10 minutes. Lower d temperature to 150 degree C and now bake it for 30-40 min.
Check it by inserting a tooth pic...it should come out to be clean.
Icing: In a bowl beat the cream well with the help of electric beater until stiff peaks are formed.
Melt some chocolate on a double boiler which means- Take a pan, add some water and boil it. Now place another bowl over it and add chocolate on the above bowl and lower the bowl to help melt it completely...
Now add this melted chocolate into the whipped cream and beat it well.
Now for icing cut the cake into half with the help of thread or knife.
Spread the cream on both the halvess and corners of cake with the help of pallet knife.
Top the cake with grated chocolate, silver balls or any other decorative material of your choice.
