Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chefs :
FOR TURAI BHAJJI :
- Instead of ginger chili paste, red chili paste can be added
- Don’t leave vegetables for a long time after adding spices otherwise, water will come out from them.
FOR INSTANT BARFI :
- If barfi dough becomes loose, you can add some more milk powder.
- Adjust thickness as per your choice.
- Cardamom powder is optional
FOR SMOKEY CORN CHAAT :
- Rotate continuously corn on the direct flame.
- You can either directly roast or use a stand to roast the corn.
