Turmeric Tea | Immunity Boosting Tea is a quick and easy drink. This has very healthy immunity-boosting ingredients – ginger, turmeric, lemon, honey. You can have it in the morning to boost your immunity. It takes only 2 minutes of cooking time. You can have this drink when you are suffering from cold, cough or flu. Moreover, this is very simple to prepare with easily available ingredients. So, try to make this drink and include in your diet. Do let us know your feedback as well.

Ingredients

  • Water - 1 Cup
  • Ginger - 1/4 Teaspoon grated
  • Turmeric Powder - a pinch
  • Lemon juice - as per taste
  • Honey - as per taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a steamer. Then add grated ginger, turmeric powder. Let it boil for a minute. Then switch off the flame.
  2. Strain it and let it cool. Once the tea is lukewarm, add lemon juice and honey to it. Mix well.
  3. 'Turmeric Tea | Immunity Boosting Tea' is ready to be served.
