Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- You can also make this snack by adding refined flour and salt to the soya paste and making it into a dough. Flatten it into the shape of chapati and stick it on the ice-cream stick.
- Instead of deep-frying this dish, you can use an air-fryer and set it for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remember to fry this chaap on medium flame to cook them completely. Cooking them on the high flame can result in making them crispy but the inside part will be left uncooked.
- For preparing the dip, chop the garlic finely and roast them with about a drop of oil. Add tomato ketchup and meethi chutney to it and mix them well.
