Ingredients

  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 small-sized finely chopped
  • Green capsicum - 1 small-sized finely chopped
  • Pasta - 1 bowl
  • Salt - as required
  • Oil - 2 to 3 teaspoon
  • Water - as required
  • Black pepper - as required
  • Tomato ketchup - as required
  • Red chili sauce - as required
  • Red chili flakes - as required
  • Mixed herbs - as required
  • Cheese - grated as required

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pan and add salt, oil, and pasta to it. Allow it to cook for 7 to 10 minutes and turn off the flame.
  2. Further, drain the water and wash the pasta with the cold water to avoid stickiness.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and allow it to melt.
  4. Add onion and saute it for a few seconds.
  5. Add green capsicum and saute it and allow it to cook.
  6. Now, add salt, pasta, and saute it gently.
  7. Add black pepper, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, and saute it.
  8. Add red chili flakes, mixed herbs, grated cheese, and saute it for a few seconds and turn off the flame.
  9. Delicious Veg Cheese Pasta is ready to be served.
