- Serve this Veg Manchurian with Veg Fried Rice | Indo Chinese Special.
- Add salt to the grated cabbage. Then squeeze the water of cabbage completely else the dough will be soggy and balls will break while frying.
- If you want to prepare dry Manchurian then add fried Manchurian balls at this stage. Mix well. Dry Manchurian is ready.
