Veg Pancake – Healthy Snack
- Semolina/sooji - 150g
- Curd - 70 g
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon
- Ciba chaat masala -1/2 teaspoon
- Ciba tikha lal - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped onion - 1
- Chopped green chili - 1
- Chopped potato - 1
- Chopped Carrot - 1
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2teaspoon
- Peas - 3 tablespoon
- Mustard seeds/ rai - 1 teaspoon
- Eno - 1 small pouch
- Take a bowl and put semolina, curd and salt. Beat it till it mixes well. Make a thick batter .
- Mix all spices and vegetables in batter and keep aside.
- Put tadka pan on the stove with little oil and mustard seeds .
- Put eno and mix properly. Pour some batter on the pan and spread it evenly. Cover it with lid .
- Cook on both sides till golden brown.
- Serve Veg Pancake hot with green chutney and sauce.
