Veg Pizza In 5 Minutes | Microwave Recipe is a tasty and healthy pizza made with whole wheat flour, some veggies and cheese. It requires only 5 minutes to get ready. It is a delicious treat for all and can be eaten without worrying. So, try to make this pizza and enjoy with your family.

Ingredients

  • FOR BASE:-
  • Whole wheat flour - 1 Cup
  • Baking powder - 1/8 Teaspoon
  • Baking Soda - a pinch
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Milk - 3 Tablespoon
  • FOR TOPPING:-
  • Pizza Sauce - as required
  • Onion - 1/2 sliced
  • Capsicum - 1/2 juliennes
  • Grated cheese - 1/4 Cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl or microwave bowl in which you will make pizza. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, milk and salt. Mix well to make a soft dough.
  2. Spread this dough evenly in the base of the bowl.
  3. Now, spread pizza sauce over it.
  4. Put sliced onion and capsicum. (you can use any vegetables of your choice as a topping)
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese.
  6. Close the lid of the bowl. Open the vent of the lid for steam to pass out. Microwave it for 45 seconds.
  7. Once done, take out the bowl from microwave.
  8. Remove the lid of the bowl and microwave it again for 2 minutes.
  9. After 2 minutes, take the bowl out.
  10. De-mould the pizza. Cut it into 4 pieces.
  11. Heat a pan on high flame. Place the pizza slices on it. Heat the slices for 30 seconds on high flame to get a crunchy base.
  12. Yummy 'Veg Pizza' is ready to be served.
