Ingredients

  • FOR BOILING PASTA :
  • Pasta - 1 Cup
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Hot water - As required
  • FOR PREPARING VEGETABLE CHEESY PASTA :
  • Tricolor capsicum - 1/2 Cup chopped
  • Onion / Pyaaz - 1 Chopped
  • Butter - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic / Lahsun - 3 to 4 Cloves finely chopped
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Mixed herbs - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 Teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/4 Cup
  • Cheese - 2 Cubes
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. FOR BOILING THE PASTA :
  2. Boil water in a pan and add oil, salt, and pasta. Cook it on a medium to high flame for 7 to 8 minutes and then drain the water. Keep it aside.
  3. FOR PREPARING VEGETABLE CHEESY PASTA :
  4. Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic and onion. Mix well.
  5. Then add tricolor capsicums. Mix well. Saute them for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame. Keep all vegetables crunchy, Do not overcook them.
  6. Now add salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs, and red chilli flakes. Mix well.
  7. Add milk. Mix well. Then grate one cheese cube and add tomato ketchup to it. Mix well.
  8. Now add boiled pasta to it. Mix well. Once done, turn off the flame. Grate one cheese cube to it. Mix well. Take it out to a serving plate.
  9. 'Vegetable Cheesy Pasta' is ready to be served.
