Dhania Panjiri ( the delicious bhog) for Janmashtami  for Laddoo Gopal ( Lord Krishna)..

Ingredients

  • Dry coriander powder - 1 bowl
  • Ajwain Powder - 2 tablespoon
  • Makhane ( Fox seeds) - 1/2 bowl
  • Dry coconut powder or crushed coconut-2tbsp
  • Chopped or whole almonds - 10-15
  • Cardamom (Eliachi) powder
  • Crushed Gond ( if you like eating it) - 2 tablespoon
  • Ghee - 4 tablespoon
  • Crush Sugar - 3/4 bowl

Instructions

  1. Put pan on the gas and add ghee to it. Heat on medium flame.
  2. Fry crushed gond. Add almond and makhane. Do sauté for 2-3 minutes to roast almond.
  3. Add ajwain powder and coriander powder. Sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Switch off the gas and now add crushed sugar. Mix it properly.
  5. Garnish with coconut and almond.
  6. Dhania panjiri is ready for bhog to our Laddoo Gopala.
