Watermelon Mocktail a delicious and healthy mocktail for all. 

Watermelon Mocktail is a very refreshing summer drink which is tasty as well. This is a super easy recipe with easily available ingredients. It requires watermelon juice, honey, lemon juice, some spices and soda water. This is a sugarfree drink and without any preservatives. This is a perfect option to beat the summer heat. Everyone can enjoy this drink and they will love it. It is very quick and does not require any cooking. So, try to make this with your kids and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Watermelon juice - 2 cups
  • Watermelon cubes - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 1 Tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 Tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Roated Cumin/Jeera powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Ginger powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon to taste
  • Soda water - as required
  • Ice cubes - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add watermelon juice, honey, lemon juice, watermelon cubes, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, ginger powder, salt, ice cubes and soda water. Mix well.
  2. Take a serving glass, pour the mocktail into it.
  3. Refreshing 'Watermelon Mocktail' is ready to be served. Serve it chilled.
