Ingredients

  • Pasta - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 100gm
  • All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Milk - 200ml / 1cup
  • Cheese - 1/2cup (grated)
  • Garlic - 5 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Onion - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Corn - 1 tablespoon (frozen corn)
  • Black pepper crushed - 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pan , add 50 gm butter, then add all purpose flour and fry for 1 minute and then add milk. Stir it continuously.
  2. Add cheese and cook the sauce for 2-3 min, sauce is ready and then turn off the flame.
  3. Take another pan, add leftover butter, then add garlic, onions. Saute and then add corn. Fry for 2 minutes then add capsicum and fry for 1 minutes.
  4. Add salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. Then add white sauce in it and mix it well.
  5. Sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Mix it well and cook for 1 minutes.
  6. Yummy and delicious Italian food white sauce pasta is ready to serve. Serve it by garnishing of chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
