Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake | Eggless Recipe is a yummy cake made of whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, curd and olive oil. This is a  healthy eggless cake and delicious too. It is a very quick and easy 5-minute recipe. You can serve this cake as a snack or a dessert. Kids will love this cake and you do not have to worry about it because it is a homemade healthy cake.

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  • Fresh Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Baking Soda - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Choco Chips - 2 Tablespoon
  • Olive oil or any type of oil - 2 Tablespoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 10 Minutes.
  2. Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, olive oil, cocoa powder, fresh curd, powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, baking powder, baking soda. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Now, add milk to it. Make a batter of semi-thick consistency.
  4. Grease the baking pan with oil.
  5. Pour the batter into baking pan. Tap a little the baking pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on it.
  6. Put the pan in the oven for baking. Bake it at 180 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes.
  7. Once done, take it out. Insert a toothpick or a knife. If it comes out clean then the cake is ready. De-mould and let it cool.
  8. Yummy 'Eggless Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake' is ready to be served.
