- Add either sand or table salt (around 2 glasses) in the cooker (make sure the cooker is dry). Now close the lid and let it heat for at least 10-15 minutes. This is identical to preheating of an oven.
- Mix the ingredients and fold the batter gently. Do not over mix. Else the cake will not be spongy.
