Yummy Corn Spinach Curry (Palak Corn Sabzi) – By MANJU MAHAJAN!

Corn Spinach Curry is a delicious Indian curry or sabzi which is very easy and quick to make. Serve it hot with chapati and enjoy the yummy taste.

Ingredients

  • Corn - 1 cup
  • Washed Spinach (palak) puree -2 cup
  • Chopped Onion- Two pieces
  • Chopped Tomato- Two pieces
  • Ginger paste-1 tsp
  • Spices- Salt- 1/2 tsp, Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp , Red chili powder-1/2 tsp, Garam masala-1/2 tsp, Jeera whole - 1/2 tsp
  • Desi pure ghee - 1 tsp
  • Oil- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan , put on gas and add oil. Add jeera and and chopped onion. Saute till it turns light brownish.Add chopped tomato, ginger and saute it
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and saute it. Now add washed corn and fry it for 3 minutes. Now add palak or spianch puree and desi pure ghee. Saute for five minutes
  3. Serve Palak Corn ki yummy sabzi with chapati!
