Ingredients

  • Baby corn- 250gm
  • Besan (Gram flour ) - 1 cup
  • Rice flour- 2tbsp
  • Spices-Salt- 2 tsp, Dry mango powder- 1 tssp, Garam masala- 1/2 tsp and Red chili powder- 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice-Two tsp
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add baby corns and salt, dry mango powder , red chili powder and lemon juice mix it well and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Take another bowl, add gram flour besan, rice flour, salt,dry mango powder , garam masala, red chili powder and water (1/2 glass) to make batter.
  3. Take a pan, add oil and put on gas. Heat it. Dip marinated baby corn into batter and fry it.
  4. Serve hot yummy baby corn pakoras with sauce.
