Ingredients

  • Roasted chickpea Powder / Chane Ka Sattu - 4 tsp
  • Rock salt / Sendha namak - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Salt / Kala Namak - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder / Kali Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder / Bhuna Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
  • Dry Mint Powder / Pudina Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice / Nimbu Ka Ras - Of 1/2 Lemon
  • Water - As required
  • Buttermilk - As required
  • Ice Cubes - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING SATTU SHARBAT WITH WATER :
  2. Take a serving glass. Add 2 tsp of chane ka sattu, 1/4 tsp of rock salt, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin seeds powder, 1/4 tsp of dry mint powder, lemon juice, and fill the glass with water. Mix well. Add ice cubes and mix well.
  3. FOR PREPARING SATTU SHARBAT WITH BUTTERMILK :
  4. Take a serving glass. Add 2 tsp of chane ka sattu, 1/4 tsp of rock salt, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin seeds powder, 1/4 tsp of dry mint powder, and fill the glass with buttermilk. Mix well. Add ice cubes and mix well.
  5. '2 Types Of Sattu Sharbat' are ready to be served.
