Aata Paneer Momos | Whole Wheat Paneer Momos is a delicious and healthy snack for everyone. 

Aata Paneer Momos | Whole Wheat Paneer Momos is a fulfilling snack option. The paneer stuffing is used to prepare these momos along with a whole wheat outer covering. This is easy to prepare without any hassle. You just need paneer or cottage cheese, bell peppers, some spices for stuffing and whole wheat flour for outer covering. It is not only tasty but healthy as well. This gets ready within minutes as well. Nowadays, Momos are getting popular among kids and all family members. Instead of refined flour momos, we can serve a healthier version to the family members. They will love and enjoy this momo. So, try to make it at home and let us know your feedback.

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:-
  • Gehu Ka Aata/Whole Wheat flour - 1 Cup
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING:-
  • Paneer/Cottage cheese - 200 Gram Crumbed or grated
  • Tricolour capsicum - 1/2 Cup chopped
  • Black pepper powder - as per taste
  • Garam Masala/All spice mix - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Butter - 1 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. PREPARING THE DOUGH:- Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, salt. Add water and knead a medium soft dough just like chapati dough. Then add 1 teaspoon oil and knead it for a minute. Cover and rest the dough.
  2. PREPARING THE STUFFING:- Melt butter in a pan.
  3. Add tricolour capsicum and saute for couple of minutes.
  4. Then add salt, black pepper powder, garam masala. Mix well and saute.
  5. Add crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook it until oil leaves from the sides on a high flame. Then switch off the flame. Let it cool completely.
  6. PREPARING THE MOMOS:- Take small portion of the dough (less than a poori). Dust it with a flour and roll to make thin chapati (smaller than a poori).
  7. Put the stuffing and seal it. You can make any shape of your choice.
  8. Meanwhile, heat water in a steamer. Put a sieve or a perforated plate in it.
  9. Steam the momos for 8 to 10 minutes. Keep the flame high. Then switch off the flame. Take the momos out.
  10. Delicious 'Aata Paneer Momos | Whole Wheat Paneer Momos' are ready to be served.
