Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Make a soft dough to make the kulcha. Rest the dough for at least 2 & 1/2 hour.
- You can use whole wheat flour instead of refined flour to make the kulcha. Then bake it for few more minutes.
- If you want it crispier then bake it for 2 minutes more.
