Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- It is recommended to use a slicer to make the slices of potato. But if you do not have a slicer then use a knife to make thin potato slices.
- Adding rice flour to the batter is completely optional. You can avoid it if you want.
- The consistency of the batter should be thick and coat the potato slices with batter from all sides.
