Ingredients

  • FOR PREPARING ALOO TOAST :
  • Bread slices - 2
  • Butter - As required
  • Green chutney - As required
  • Tomato ketchup - As required
  • Zero number sev / Nylon Sev - As required
  • FOR PREPARING STUFFING :
  • Potato / Aloo - 2 Boiled & mashed
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Green chilli / Hari mirchi - 2 Finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful + For garnishing

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING STUFFING :
  2. Take boiled potato in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, green chilli, and coriander leaves. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  3. FOR PREPARING ALOO TOAST :
  4. Heat a tawa. Place the bread slices on the tawa.
  5. Roast it by applying butter from both sides on a low flame till it becomes nice golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once done, take it out on a plate. Now apply green chutney to it.
  7. Now add prepared potato stuffing to it. Then apply ketchup to the stuffing.
  8. Then add nylon sev on top of it. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
