Bajre Ka Thepla | Bajra Methi Thepla is a winter delicacy from Gujarati cuisine. This is super healthy as this uses bajra or pearl millet along with methi/fenugreek leaves. This is quick and easy to prepare with fewer ingredients. You can serve this thepla as a breakfast to your family or a tiffin snack for kids. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Anyone of water or milk or homemade cream/malai or curd to knead the dough. By using curd, milk or malai the thepla will turn out to be soft.
- A semi-soft dough should be kneaded, which should then be rested the dough for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
- The thepla should be roasted on a medium to low flame.
