Bajre Ka Thepla | Bajra Methi Thepla is a winter delicacy from Gujarati cuisine. This is super healthy as this uses bajra or pearl millet along with methi/fenugreek leaves. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can use water or milk or malai/homemade cream or curd to knead the dough. By using curd, milk or malai the thepla will be soft.
- Knead a semi-soft dough. Then rest the dough for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
- Roast the thepla on a medium to low flame.
