Bajre Ki Rab | Bajre Ki Rabdi is a super nutritious and delicious drink for the winter season. It provides heat and energy to the body as well as prevents cough and cold. This is quick and easy to prepare. This has some herbs and spices along with some dry fruits. This makes it a healthy and tasty drink. In winters one should consume this drink on a daily basis because it boosts immunity. Moreover, it helps to reduce weight. So, try to make it at home and be healthy this winter season.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Instead of pearl millet flour/bajra aata, whole wheat flour/gehu ka aata can be used
- Fresh coconut gives a nice flavor to the drink, but. if required, dry coconut as well can be used.
- It is best consumed hot in the morning.
- This drink should be made with homemade chai masala.
