This is quick and easy to prepare. This has some herbs and spices along with some dry fruits. This makes it a healthy and tasty drink. In winters one should consume this drink on a daily basis because it boosts immunity. Moreover, it helps to reduce weight. So, try to make it at home and be healthy this winter season.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can use whole wheat flour/gehu ka aata instead of pearl millet flour/bajra aata.
- Fresh coconut gives a nice flavour to the drink. But if you want you can use dry coconut as well.
- Have this drink when it is warm in the morning.
- Make this drink with homemade chai masala.
