Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- In the batter, you can also add 1 or 2 teaspoons of oil. This makes the bhajiye crisp and it absorbs less oil while frying.
- To prepare a perfect crispy bhajiye, the flame should be medium, so that the crispness maintains from both the side(inside and outside).
- You can add veggies of your choice and can adjust spice as per your taste.
