- Fresh or leftover rice can be used to prepare this pakoda.
- The ratio of cooked rice to besan should be 2:1.
- Add rice flour to make the pakoda crispy.
- The pakoda should be flipped after 1 to 2 minutes, when the bubbles of oil reduce.
