Bharwa Tinde is a lip-smacking preparation of apple gourd. This quick and easy dish goes well with roti/paratha or even with dal-rice. It is absolute amazing yet a simple dish. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Make sure the tinda/apple gourd is tender else it will not taste good because of the seeds.
- You can add amchur powder/dry mango powder instead of lemon juice to the masala.
- Adding curd enhances the taste of sabzi. You can use fresh malai/cream as well instead of curd.
- Pressure cook the sabzi first on a high flame then lower the flame. Shake the pressure cooker in between so that the sabzi will not burn.
