Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- You can make this dish either only using the whole wheat flour or all purpose flour.
- Do not open the door of the OTG while it is in baking mode, as the temperature will become uneven, affecting the baking. Instead use a torch light to see the baking of the kulcha.
- While making the kulcha using all purpose flour, the time for baking will be around 10 minutes.
