Bread Roll | Bread Rolls in Air Fryer is a crispy and delicious snack for everyone.

Bread Roll | Bread Rolls in Air Fryer is made with less oil. This is quick and easy to make with easily available ingredients. This does not require any type of frying hence uses very less oil only for greasing. This is crispy from outside and soft from inside. Moreover, it is super crispy and delicious in taste. Now, everyone can enjoy this popular snack at home. This is not only tasty but healthy too. You can serve it as a party snack or tea time snack or a tiffin snack as well. So, try to make this bread roll at home and enjoy with your loved ones.

This recipe was prepared using Philips Air Fryer – HD9621 by a lovely mom – Shveta Sheth.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

  • It is recommended to use white bread as it gets folded nicely. But if you want you can use brown bread as well.
  • If you want the bread rolls crispier then air fry it for 15 minutes else this gets ready in 12 minutes only.
  • You can add spices according to your taste.

Ingredients

  • White Bread - 4 slice
  • Oil - as required for greasing
  • INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING:-
  • Boiled potato - 2
  • Onion - 1 Tablespoon finely chopped
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch pieces grated
  • Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - a handful chopped
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon or as per taste
  • Turmeric/Haldi powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Amchur/Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala/All spice mix - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Chaat masala - 1/2 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add boiled potato, chopped onion, grated ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, chaat masala. Mix well.
  2. Now, take bread slices. Cut the edges to remove brown part.
  3. Take one bread slice an wet it with little water. Press it with finger.
  4. Place a cylindrical shape potato masala on the bread slice. Roll and seal the bread slice using water.
  5. Switch on the air fryer and grease the plate with oil. Also, grease the bread rolls with oil.
  6. Place the bread rolls in the air fryer.
  7. Set the temperature at 180 degrees and time 15 minutes. Close it and let the bread rolls cook.
  8. After 5 to 7 minutes, open the air fryer, flip the bread rolls and again brush the oil. Then let it cook.
  9. Once done, take the bread rolls out on a serving plate.
  10. Delicious 'Bread Roll | Bread Rolls in Air Fryer' is ready to be served.
