Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Use any green vegetables to make the kabab.
- The mixture of the kabab should be dry.
- You can deep fry the kabab if you want. If you are deep frying it then roll the kabab in the bread crumbs then fry.
- Shallow fry the kabab on a low flame to cook it perfectly.
- Serve this kabab with tomato ketchup or curd or any type of chutney.
- You can serve it as a curry by combining it with gravy.
