Bread Rolls are crisp and tasty bread roll with a soft spiced mashed potato mixture. The rolls are an extremely popular Indian snack made using a mix of potato, bread, and a few other ingredients. The dough is then rolled into oblong/round or ball-shaped and fried till golden brown and crispy. It is an open-ended recipe as you can use veggies and spices of your choice. Even you can shallow fry it instead of deep fry. Here, we added the bread into the mixture but you can also place stuffing into the bread and fry it. - Instead of dry mango powder, you can use lemon juice or dry pomegranate seeds powder (anardana powder).
- You can also store the rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Add vegetables of your choice to make stuffing more healthy and tasty.
- Paneer can be used in it if you like it’s taste.
