- After washing the broccoli, drain the extra water and dry it completely.
- After grating the broccoli, keep it under a fan or tie it in a cloth to drain the water completely. This will avoid the paratha from breaking.
- You can adjust the vegetables as per your choice. You can also add chillies if you like them spicy.
