Bruschetta | Italian Tomato Bruschetta is a delicious snack for everyone.

Bruschetta | Italian Tomato Bruschetta is yummy appetizer and snack. The tomato along with some olives, mint and some basic spices used as a topping. This is a very light bite-sized snack that you can have for small hunger. This can be a good starter for parties too. Moreover, it is quick and easy to prepare. You have just toast the bread and chop the tomato. It is a very simple recipe with the use of fewer ingredients. This is a flavourful snack item will love by all family members. So, try to make this snack at your end and enjoy with your loved ones.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

  • You can use basil leaves or coriander leaves instead of mint leaves.
  • You can add red chilli powder in place of chilli flakes.
  • Use any type of bread of your choice. Toast the bread in the oven or toaster or on the tawa.
  • If you have time then keep the tomato mixture in the refrigerator for about half an hour. It helps to blend the spices and other ingredients together and the mixture will be more flavourful.

Ingredients

  • Bread - 2
  • Tomato - 2 finely chopped
  • Mint Leaves - few
  • Sliced Black Olives - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Flakes - as per taste
  • Balck Pepper powder - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread slices into 4 squares. Then toast it in the oven or toaster or on the tawa.
  2. Take a bow and add finely chopped tomato, olive oil, mint leaves ( just make small pieces of mint leaves with hands), red chilli flakes, sliced black olives, crushed black pepper and salt. Toss it well.
  3. Now, Put the tomato mixture on the toasted bread. You can put the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving OR can use immediately.
  4. Delicious 'Bruschetta | Italian Tomato Bruschetta' is ready to be served.
