Moreover, whole wheat flour and little corn flour is used for coating. This makes is tha Manchurian not only nutritious but tasty too. It is crispy in texture and it is full of flavours. This is very easy to make too. You just need cauliflower, some sauces, ginger, garlic, spring onion to prepare this dish. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- The consistency of the batter to prepare the Manchurian should not be too thick or too thin.
- Pan-fry the marinated gobi/cauliflower florets in batches to cook them well and crispy. Keep separating them while cooking.
- You can adjust the spiciness according to your taste.
- You can make it dry Manchurian too. Just reduce the quantity of water to make the gravy and vice-versa.
