Cheese Chilli Corn is a spicy and cheesy snack.

Cheese Chilli Corn is a quick healthy dish with a twist. You will get a cheesy taste with smokey-flavoured corn. It requires easily available ingredients from your kitchen. In addition, this is a simple but delicious snack to make in minutes from ingredients that everyone has on hand. Moreover, the cheesy chilli mixture gives a nice taste to simple corn. Ingredients

  • Sweet corn / Bhutta - 1
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Grated cheese - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp + For garnishing
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli / Hari mirchi - 1 Finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - For garnishing
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Roast corn directly on medium to low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Rotate it occasionally.
  2. Once it is roasted well from all sides, take it out to a plate. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat milk in a tadka pan. Add cheese, chilli flakes, oregano, and green chilli. Mix well. Boil it for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame. Stir it continuously.
  4. Once done, turn off the flame and let it cool down till becomes a thick mixture.
  5. Now take roasted corn and apply cheese chilli mixture on it. Garnish it with chilli flakes and coriander leaves.
  6. 'Cheese Chilli Corn' is ready to be served.
