Cheesy Paneer Bread Rolls is a deep-fried spicy and crispy snack. It has a crispy outside texture encased with tasty cheesy paneer stuffing inside. You can prepare these rolls using cheese, paneer, bread, cabbage, capsicum, and some spices. In addition, you can serve it at birthday parties, kitty parties, or on your special occasions. It goes perfectly well with your favorite cold beverages or chutney or tomato ketchup. Moreover, the preparation of this dish is absolutely simple and easy. So, try this tasty recipe in your kitchen and share your valuable feedback with us.

Ingredients

  • FOR PREPARING CHEESY PANEER STUFFING :
  • Paneer / Cottage Cheese - 1 Cup grated
  • Green chilli / hari mirch - 2 to 3 Finely chopped
  • Cabbage / Patta gobhi - 1/4 Cup Finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/4 Cup Finely chopped
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1/4 Cup Finely chopped (optional)
  • Processed cheese - 1 Cube grated
  • Black pepper powder / Kali mirch - 1 Tsp
  • Salt - As Per Taste
  • FOR PREPARING CHEESY PANEER BREAD ROLLS :
  • Bread - 4 Slices
  • Water - As required
  • Oil - For frying
  • Tsp = Teaspoon
  • Tbsp = Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING CHEESY PANEER STUFFING :
  2. Take paneer, green chilli, cabbage, capsicum, onion, cheese, black pepper powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  3. FOR PREPARING CHEESY PANEER BREAD ROLLS :
  4. Take bread slices. Now dip it into the water. Then press it between your two palms and remove excess water.
  5. Now take a ball-sized prepared cheesy paneer stuffing on the wet bread. Then fold bread and cover the stuffing with bread to prepare a roll. Likewise, prepare all rolls.
  6. Keep all prepared cheesy paneer bread rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Now heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame, and when the oil is medium hot. Place the prepared cheesy paneer bread rolls gently into the hot oil.
  8. Deep fry them until they become crispy and light golden brown from all sides on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  9. Once done, take them out to a serving plate using a slotted spoon.
  10. 'Cheesy Paneer Bread Rolls' is ready to be served.
