This sandwich is super quick for the breakfast or snack recipe. The ingredients for the recipe are colorful capsicum, tomato, coriander leaves, cheese slice, butter, and spices. It is an easy and simple recipe, takes no time to prepare, and a time savory for the busy days. Serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney or beverages. It is also served as a light dinner or lunch. This sandwich can also be packed for tiffin or can be used for traveling. Ingredients

  • Capsicum (green and red) - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili - 1 teaspoon finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - a fistful finely chopped
  • Salt - as required
  • Mixed herbs - as required
  • Chili flakes - as required
  • Chaat masala - as required
  • Bread - 2 slices
  • Butter - as required
  • Tomato ketchup - as required
  • Cheese slice - 2 (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add capsicum, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, and chaat masala. Mix it properly.
  2. Take a bread slice and spread butter on it. Place a cheese slice and spread the above mixture over it. Again place a cheese slice on it.
  3. Now, take another bread slice and spread tomato ketchup on it. Place this slice on the filling bread slice.
  4. Heat a pan and grease it with the butter and place the sandwich on it.
  5. Spread the butter on the top side of the sandwich.
  6. Roast it until golden and crisp from both sides on a low to medium flame.
  7. Turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate and cut it into halves.
  8. Delicious Chili Cheese Sandwich is ready to be served.
