Ingredients

  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Adrak/ Ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Hari mirch/ Green chilli - as per taste slit
  • Pyaaz/ Onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Shimlamirch/ Capsicum - 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilli sauce - as per taste
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Bread cubes - as required

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, green chilli, and onion to it and sauté them well on high flame.
  2. Add capsicum to the pan and sauté it well with the other ingredients.
  3. Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, and soya sauce to the pan and mix them well. Add water to the pan and mix it well.
  4. Add the bread cubes to the pan and mix them well with the other ingredients.
  5. Add oregano and red chilli flakes to the pan and mix them well.
  6. Easy 'Chilli Bread' is ready to be served.
