Ingredients

  • Milk - 1/4 Cup
  • Fresh cream - 1 and 1/2 Cup
  • Sugar - 1/3 Cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1/3 Cup
  • Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Chocolate chips - 1 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add milk. Boil it then add sugar and mix it well. Turn off the flame.
  2. Add cocoa powder and mix it well. Keep it aside to cool.
  3. When it cools completely then add condensed milk and mix it well.
  4. Put the fresh cream in refrigerator for 30 minutes before making Ice-cream. Take a grinder jar, add cream and blend it for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cream to the chocolate mix. Fold it well. Take an airtight container and pour the batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips and close the container.
  6. Put the container in the refrigerator for 8-10 hour.
  7. Yummy 'Chocolate Chips Ice-Cream' is ready to be served. Garnish it with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce and serve chilled.
