- FOR PREPARING ALOO LACHHA PAKODE :
- The grated potato should be kept in the water otherwise, it will turn black.
- Besan, corn flour, or rice flour can be added instead of maida.
- FOR PREPARING TIL GUD KE LADOO :
- The ratio of jaggery to sesame seeds should be 1:1.
