Corn Chaat | Corn Bhel is made of boiled corn kernels that is mixed with veggies, spices, sauces, and cheese. Chaat can be prepared using various combinations. Ingredients

  • Sweet corn kernels - 1 cup
  • Water - as required
  • Salt - as required
  • Red chili powder - as required
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Onion - 1 small-sized finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 small-sized finely chopped
  • Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Schezwan sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves - finely chopped as required for garnishing
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
  • Cheese - grated as required
  • Zero sev/ nylon sev/ Indian snack - as required

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pan and add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and corn kernels.
  2. Drain the water and transfer it into a bowl.
  3. Add onion, tomato, chaat masala, schezwan sauce, and mix it well.
  4. Now, add coriander leaves, mix it well, and transfer it to a serving bowl.
  5. Squeeze a lemon and garnish it with the grated cheese, sev, chaat masala, and coriander leaves.
  6. Delicious Corn Chaat | Corn Bhel is ready to be served.
