- Dry roast makhanas on medium heat till crunchy. Keep stirring in between for even roasting.

Add more and more veggies to the chaat to make it more nutritious.

Adjust the spices as per taste and serve it immediately.
- Use homemade green chutney and dates chutney.
- If you do not have any chutney than you can use tomato sauce also.
