Corn Palak Sabzi | Creamy Corn Spinach Curry is a lip-smacking curry for everyone. 

Corn Palak Sabzi | Creamy Corn Spinach Curry is quick and easy to prepare. This is a 5-minute recipe which uses spinach and corn along with malai/cream. This is creamy and flavourful sabzi. It goes well with roti or paratha. Moreover, this is a healthy dish with the goodness of corn and spinach. This is a good option when you do not have much time to cook the dish for lunch or dinner. This is a super easy recipe without any hassle. So, try to make this curry at home and enjoy with your family and friends. Do share your feedback as well.

Ingredients

  • Spinach/Palak - 1 bunch
  • Corn - 1/2 Cup
  • Malai/Homemade cream - 1/2 Cup
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch piece finely chopped
  • Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves finely chopped
  • Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Cumin seeds - 1Teaspoon
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a pan. Add corn and let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Then drain the water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in another pan or kadai.
  3. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, turmeric powder.
  4. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute for few seconds.
  5. Then add finely chopped onion and saute. Add salt and mix well. Saute until the onion turns pinkish.
  6. Add finely chopped spinach and mix well. Cook it on a high flame for couple of minutes.
  7. Add boiled corn and mix well. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder. Mix well and cook for few seconds.
  8. Lower the flame and add malai, homemade cream. Mix well. Cook for few seconds then switch off the flame.
  9. Delicious 'Corn Palak Sabzi | Creamy Corn Spinach Curry' is ready to be served.
