Cream Cheese Dip is a quick and easy dip without using any type of cheese. This is a not only tasty but super healthy dip as well. You just need hung curd, fresh cream along with some veggies. This is quick and very simple to prepare if you have hung curd ready. You can enjoy it with sandwiches, bread, chips, paratha or any dish you like. It tastes like just cream cheese. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- To make hung curd, tie the curd in a muslin cloth for at least 6 to 8 hours. Keep it in the refrigerator in summer days else it will turn sour.
- The curd should be fresh, not sour.
- It tastes amazing when it is fresh. So, make it fresh and do not store it.
- You can make sandwiches or serve this dip with potato chips or nachos etc.
