This dip is loaded with protein and calcium that is very simple and easy to make. Hummus is wonderful as a dip for crispy vegetables, crackers, nachos, etc. It can also be served in parties as an accomplishment for starters. It basically requires chickpeas as the main ingredient along with lemon and garlic. However, here we have given traditional hummus an Indian twist by adding some spices and capsicum. - Glaze /grease the bell pepper in oil before roasting so it doesn’t get burnt.
- You can roast the red bell pepper on the direct flame or in the oven.
- It can be served with carrots, cucumbers, Nachos | Multigrain Nachos, chips.
