- If parboiled corn is dry, add some drops of water while adding corn flour.
- Cover the pan immediately after adding corn to the hot oil.
- Add the oil to 1/4 part of the frying pan.
- When the corn’s frying noise stops, it indicates that the corn is almost fried.
