- Choose small, fresh, and tender bhindi which are bright green in color.
- Use fresh curd to prepare dahi bhindi, sour curd doesn’t taste great.
- Wash the bhindi and dry well before you chop else it will be sticky.
- You can have dahi bhindi cold also.
